It is a swap of the moving hardware in your cabinets. We replace the old drawer slides and door hinges with new soft close versions, so your drawers and doors ease shut quietly instead of slamming. The cabinets themselves stay exactly as they are.
Can you add soft close to my existing cabinets?
Yes. That is the whole service. We do not need new cabinets or doors. We remove your current builder grade slides and hinges and install new soft close hardware that fits your existing boxes and doors.
Do I need to replace my cabinets or doors?
No. We keep your cabinets and doors and only change the hardware. It is a fraction of the cost of new cabinets and there is no demolition, so your kitchen stays usable the whole time.
